Delivery of your rug is FREE above the value of £99.00, within the UK mainland. There is a delivery charge of £35.00 for carpet. This price will apply to carpet up to 20 linear metres, and is for the UK mainland. It is possible to arrange deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight & the Isle of Man etc for both rugs and carpets. Please ask for details. We do not offer a delivery service to other countries.
We will acknowledge your order and inform you of the anticipated delivery, which is normally within 4 working days.
Please note that we will use an independent carrier to deliver your purchase. They will not normally advise you of a delivery time. However, if you wish to have a timed delivery, we can arrange this but there would be a cost for this service.
Return of Goods
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we would be willing to refund the price of the rug in full, provided that you notify us of your intention and the reason for the return, within seven days from the delivery of the rug to your home, and follow the criteria detailed below.
1. The carpet or rug is returned in its original packaging
2. You pay for the carpet or rug to be returned to us.
3. We receive the carpet or rug in its original condition
In the event that the carpet or rug is damaged before delivery, we would ask that you notify us and return the carpet or rug to us. After inspection and when we have confirmed that the carpet or rug is faulty, we will reimburse you for the carriage cost and offer you a replacement carpet or rug or a full refund.
